We accept the following payment methods:

• Payments with all major credit cards can be securely accepted on line or by contacting us directly by phone at 580-704-3090.
• Payments with checks and money orders are also accepted. We ship our client's orders within 24 hours after the payment clears.  If you are paying by check, please allow up to 7 business days for your payment to clear before your order is shipped. Please make checks payable to:

Sales Tax

Oklahoma residents please contact us directly so that we can accurately calculate your county and city tax.

Shipping

Most of our merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground. Please contact us directly if you desire a more expedited shipping method, or if your merchandise needs to be forwarded to Alaska, Hawaii or other parts of the world. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We insure all packages to the full merchandise value.

Shipping and Handling Rates:

Whenever possible we use recycled packaging materials. We pack our merchandise with great care to ensure safe delivery.

Hassle Free Returns

As customer satisfaction with all products carried by Green Goose is our primary goal, we offer a hassle free return policy. All products can be returned for any reason within 14 days from purchase. 

Please follow these simple steps:

• Please contact us first 580-704-3090, green.goose@att.net to receive your authorization number for items being returned, or to let us know you would like to exchange your merchandise or receive store credit.
• We can only accept for returns, exchanges, or store credit items that are in new and unused condition with all original labels intact.
• Please pack your return merchandise in the original or equivalent packaging materials and insure your package for the actual cost of the item.
• All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

Broken Items

Although we provide professional packing for items being shipped, in the unlikely case of any damage, please contact us directly within 7 days for further instructions. Please save all packing materials and broken pieces for UPS inspection.
